I’m Bill Graham.  You will personally work with me if you want Know Your Nest Home Inspections to inspect your home.

Homes can’t fail an inspection, but an inspection can fail a buyer. Your home inspector may be the only person in your purchase who is only working for you. You deserve an inspection that helps you accurately see the house as it stands that day.

Old (and even new) homes are not perfect. When you buy a home, things will wear out, break, or just become outdated. But you should know what you are buying.

Inspectors need to do 2 things.  Visibly inspect the home.  Then, report, communicate, what they have seen.  An inspector should be someone who can communicate with you.

As an inspector, I will examine your home with the same care that I would give my mother if she was the buyer.

As a communicator, I will help you understand the systems of your home that inspectors can see.

Your written report will follow standards of New Jersey, as well as the National standards set by InterNACHI.  It will include color photos, clear descriptions, as well as advice for future maintenance.

When we talk through the inspection.  You will hear the analysis in plain language that will help you understand what you are buying.

I began my career building houses.  Now I’m inspecting others work so that you can know your new home.
